Refund policy

Refunds within 30 days of purchase if a formula gives a wrong result, the file does not open or work in Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets or LibreOffice 7+, or the template does not do what its page says. Email [email protected] with your order email and one sentence about what went wrong. Other requests are considered case by case.

How it works

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
2. Include the email address you used to buy and one sentence about what went wrong.
3. We process the refund in Gumroad. Gumroad sends you the confirmation and returns the money to your original payment method.

Free templates have nothing to refund.
