These terms cover SheetForge spreadsheet templates sold through Gumroad and the use of this website. Contact: [email protected].
License
Use a template for your own personal or business records and edit it freely. Do not resell, share or redistribute the file or a modified copy.
Purchases
Gumroad is the merchant of record. It handles payment, sales tax and delivery under its own terms. Refunds follow our refund policy on the refunds page.
What the templates are
- Templates are made for Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets and LibreOffice 7 or newer. They use no macros.
- Each template is tested against worked examples before release. The page for each template says how it was tested.
- Templates were drafted with the help of an AI system (Anthropic) and then checked by software tests and a hand check of the published example. The sheets say so.
Not advice
Templates and guides are not tax, legal or financial advice. Tax forms, line numbers and platform fees change; each template shows the source and the date it was checked. Check with a qualified professional before relying on a result for a filing.
No warranty
Templates are provided as described on their page. Beyond the refund policy, we give no warranty, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Third-party names
Names of other companies and products appear only to describe compatibility. Not affiliated with those companies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
